Our Story
I'm Pim, and I'm from the Netherlands. A while back I packed up and spent a year travelling around Australia, and for part of that time, I volunteered at a local animal shelter. Every single day was full of dogs and cats waiting for someone to notice them, and it changed the way I think about animals completely.
I'd had boxers my whole life before that, so I already knew what it's like to build your day around a dog. But the shelter took it further, I saw up close how much of a difference the right gear, a bit of care, and someone paying attention can make to an animal's everyday life.
By the time I came home, the love for animals was bigger than ever, but so was something else: I could see the business in it too. So I combined the two. What I'd learned about pets and what I'm genuinely drawn to on the commercial side, and that's how Beyond Pets started.

How we source and fulfil orders: We work with a network of suppliers to bring together a curated range of pet products, and orders are packed and shipped through our logistics partners. We don't manufacture the products ourselves. Our role is to select, test-vet, and stand behind the items we list, and to be directly reachable if anything about your order needs sorting out.
