These Billing Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the Beyond Pets website, operated by Beyond Pets Operated by Robers E-Com.
1. Prices
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
2. Payment Methods
We accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Payment must be made in full at the time of placing your order.
3. Payment Security
All transactions are processed through encrypted, secure connections. We do not store your payment details.
4. Failed Payments
If your payment is declined, please check your payment details or try an alternative method. Contact us at support@beyond-pets.com if the issue persists.
5. Order Confirmation
After a successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We will do our best to resolve any issues promptly.
7. Currency
All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Your bank may apply conversion fees if your payment method uses a different currency.
