This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how orders are processed and delivered for purchases made through Beyond Pets, operated by Beyond Pets Operated by Robers E-Com.
1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Destination
We currently ship to addresses within Australia only.
3. Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders. No minimum order value is required.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
After dispatch, the estimated delivery time within Australia is 6–12 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods.
5. Dispatch Confirmation
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
6. Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately. You may receive multiple tracking numbers. No additional shipping costs apply.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
Address changes are only possible within 24 hours after placing your order. Contact us immediately at support@beyond-pets.com.
8. Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery timeframe, please check your tracking information first. Contact us if the issue persists.
